The ACM operating history goes back more than 40 years through various services to associations. Prior to 2002, our founder managed a public accounting firm providing financial services to many national associations. It was clear that there was a great need for community management firms that provided personalized services with the added ability to utilize products from national companies in the industry.

In 2002, our focus was redirected to provide community management services for small and mid-sized community associations. In order to provide the most effective services at reasonable prices, it was important to partner with national companies offering a wide variety of bank services, companies that provided excellent software, technology, and websites, and professionals and contractors who had the same vision for excellent services to community associations.

Our partner agreements allow us to offer a broad range of services and products to our clients and their homeowners. ACM has maintained a sharp focus on creating a distinct advantage with its significant investment in state-of-the-art management software. With our ever-growing use of new technology, we are able to provide the very best services while maintaining competitive fees to our clients.
