  • Plan and attend regularly scheduled board meetings, annual meeting, budget meeting, and provide packages to board members in advance of meetings

  • Maintain association books and accounts
  • Collect assessments
  • Lockbox service, ACH payment processing (no charge)

  • Review vendor invoice and process payments

  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Preparation of annual budgets
  • Assist the association’s auditor in preparation of the annual audit and filing of federal and state income taxes

Architectural Review and Compliance Support

  • Enforcement of CC&R's, Bylaws, & ARC guidelines
  • Regular property inspections with "real time" pictures and reports to Board Members
  • Prepare correspondence and track compliance of owners/residents found to be in violation of the association’s rules
  • Prepare follow-up correspondence, as required
  • Schedule and assist the Board with violation hearings

Communication with Owners

  • Track and send follow-up letters to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Send e-statements and delinquency letters, as necessary

Resale Packet Preparation

  • Prepare all necessary documentation required for the resale of a Unit or Lot
  • Provide inspections required

Newsletters and Websites

  • Prepare, print and mail newsletters, when requested
  • Design and maintain interactive website for the association
