"Alliance Community Management (then Stephens & Company) was on board when I was elected as President of the Spring Lakes HOA. I cannot tell you how incredibly wonderful it was to have Nancy and her company in support for my year! We were knee deep in some very difficult developer issues, as well as problems with overdue accounts in our HOA membership. Nancy was able to bring me up to date very quickly on the issues and some solid recommendations for addressing them. As we set about addressing these problems, Nancy was critical to helping set meetings with the County, lawyers, and in support of our HOA committee. Our first few meetings with the homeowners were a bit tenuous, but Nancy maintained a solid accounting hold on our books and records, allowing us to deal with delinquent accounts with facts.
Nancy made my year as President one of great accomplishment...without her timely support and flexibility in handling the need for signatures around my terrible travel schedule, we would have had a few major disasters.
